✨ Hey you. Yes, you.

If you’ve been moving through trauma, identity shifts, ADHD brain-sparks, PMDD mood whiplash, BPD-flavoured intensity, or a lifetime of perfectionism and people-pleasing… I want you to know something: you’re not broken. You’re human, layered, adaptive, and doing the best you can with what you’ve lived through.

This space is for the deep feelers, the overthinkers, the ones who’ve tried to be “too much” and “not enough” at the exact same time. Here, you don’t have to perform calm or hide the messy parts. We explore honestly. We get curious. We feel things fully. We build skills and safety. And yes—sometimes we laugh through the chaos.

My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, HAES-aligned practice, and Gottman-informed strategies—held with compassion, clarity, and a bit of grounded humour. Sessions are virtual, neurodivergent-affirming, queer-inclusive, anti-diet, and fully judgment-free. (Snacks, swearing, fidgeting, or mid-session tears are always welcome.)

This is therapy that meets you exactly where you are and walks with you toward where you’re going—toward regulation, toward self-leadership, and toward coming home to yourself.

If you’re ready, I’m here.🖤

Hi, I’m Shannon!

I’m a therapist who supports folks who are neurodivergent, deeply feeling, cycle-sensitive, and healing from trauma. My practice focuses on trauma processing, PMDD symptoms, ADHD, autistic traits, BPD traits, emotional dysregulation, people-pleasing, perfectionism, identity development, and the tender work of learning how to feel more at home in yourself.

Many of the clients I work with have spent years feeling dismissed, misunderstood, gaslit, or told they were “too much” when they were actually carrying more than most people could see. You may be exhausted from masking, over-functioning, spiralling, shutting down, or trying to hold everything together while feeling disconnected from your body, needs, emotions, or sense of self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, somatic and nervous-system-informed therapy, HAES-informed practice, attachment work, and Gottman Method principles when supporting relationships.

Together, we may work on emotional regulation, nervous system repair, trauma processing, boundaries, self-trust, unmasking, PMDD coping strategies, relationship patterns, and building a clearer, more compassionate understanding of who you are.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me:

My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully — messy, uncertain, tender, overwhelmed, hopeful — and be met with warmth, clarity, and zero judgment. Therapy does not have to feel clinical or distant. It can be real, collaborative, transformative, and maybe even a little magical.

If you’re ready to build a life that feels more like you, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
